Applicant is owner of house and lot:

1)      Fire Safety Installation Clearance (City Fire Dept.)

2)      Permit for Temporary Service Connection (City Engr’s Office)

3)      Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (City Engr’s Office)

 

Applicant is owner of the house but lot is owned by another private individual:

1)      Fire Safety Installation Clearance (City Fire Dept.)

2)      Permit for Temporary Service Connection (City Engr’s Office)

3)      Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (City Engr’s Office)

4)      Lease Contract (if property is leased)

5)      Undertaking of lot owner to be jointly and severally liable with the applicant

6)      Undertaking of lot occupant to allow disconnection of service

 

Applicant is owner of house standing on government property:

1)      Fire Safety Installation Clearance (City Fire Dept.)

2)      Permit for Temporary Service Connection (City Engr’s Office)

3)      Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (City Engr’s Office)

4)      Affidavit of Undertaking to vacate premises

5)      Proof of right to occupy lot, such as:

  1. lot award
  2. contract of lease, etc.
