General Safety

  •  Please avoid overloading your extension cords/outlets
  • Always secure loose electrical cords
  • When a light switch or outlet is warm, turn them off
  • When a plug is loose in an outlet, do check the plug or outlet
  • Always pull the plug and not the wire
  • To prevent electrocution, always use outlet covers and plates
  • When a fuse is blown, do not replace it with other materials
  • Always use the correct size of fuse
  • When small appliances are not in use, try to unplug them
  • Refrain from setting or plugging electrical appliances in wet areas
